COOKING METHOD / 烹调方法
DIRECTIONS / 用料:
• 虾(400g),洗净沥干水。
• 400g prawn, wash and drain.

• 1包恒运甘香酱(150g)、1粒大葱、几片咖哩叶。
• 1 sachet HENG YOON Kam Heong Paste(150g), 1 piece of onion, curry leaves.
Deep fry 400g of prawns & set aside.
用高温油炸400克的虾子,炸好后捞起待用。
Heat up 150g of HENG YOON Kam Heong Paste and mix well with some water.
另起一锅,加热150克的恒运甘香酱和加点水。
Add in fried prawns and stir fry until prawns and curry leaves are coated thoroughly with sauce.
加入虾子和几片咖哩叶,继续拌炒至均匀。
Garnish with spring onions and serve warm.
盛盘后撒上葱花即可趁热享用。

* You may also replace prawns with your preferred seafood or meat in this recipe.
* 您也可以根据个人喜好以其他海鲜或肉类等食材来代替虾子。
