1 whole seabass, cleaned and gutted
2 tsps Handflower Brand Black Bean Paste
1 clove garlic, minced
Dashes of Handflower Brand Soy Sauce
A little sesame oil
Scallions, if preferred
- Pat dry cleaned fish and score by making incisions across.
- Heat garlic and bean paste in a saucepan till fragrant.
- Spread mixture from step 1 with a little sesame oil over fish, and garnish with scallions. Steam with closed lids for 10 to 15 minutes on high heat (depending on size of fish) or until done.
- Remove lid and drizzle over with Handflower Brand Soy Sauce. Serve immediately.
