煮法： 直接将面放进已调好的汤料中煮2-3分钟即可。
干捞： 先将面放进沸水中煮熟后，捞起，加入调味，再加所喜爱的配料，即可供食。
Handmade non-fried noodles with no preservatives.
Cooking method: Put noodle into boiling water or soup to cook for 2-3 minutes.
For dry noodles: Add seasoning and favourite ingredients, mix well and serve hot.
